Student accommodation search
The Association offers students different housing solutions in private flats in the form of studios, two-room flats, three-room flats or single rooms.
Students using our services are required to pay an annual membership fee of €30 directly to our office.
Each student who confirms an accommodation from among those visited must pay a contribution pari a € 50.
The student after viewing and confirming the flat through the C.A.S. will proceed to:
Pay a deposit/safe deposit to secure the flat;
Provide copy of C.I./passport, tax code and certificate of enrolment at the University of Pavia for the drafting of the lease agreement
Advice/assistance on utilities, waste tax, condominium expenses.

Student contract model from 6 to 36 months
Facsimile of the model contract to be signed exclusively by students enrolled in the University of Pavia who will rent the accommodation for a period of 6 to 36 months
Temporary contract model
Facsimile of the standard contract to be signed by UniPV students renting accommodation for a period of 1 to 5 months and for students enrolled at other universities for a period of 1 to 18 months
